Like all of the SSI/BLUE LIGHTS Staff, STARMANET ListOwner Thomas Dachsel of Germany has never had a payday for his STARMAN work. So you can forgive him for looking a little maniacal when he sees Ruth Bürger (GER) about to hand a wad of cash to Vicki Werkley (USA/NCA). Maybe Ruth's "paying her for close." (Or just paying her con fee!)
